The seamless waterproof system formed by sewing polyester cloth during construction can well solve the persistent water leakage of metal roof after rust removal.

technological process:

1. Apply a layer of antirust paint on the base surface of the cleaned lap joint. After the antirust paint is dry, then lay the special waterproof coating for the metal roof. When it is still wet, lay the cut seam woven polyester cloth, and then apply a layer of waterproof coating on the surface, and let the coating well infiltrate the seam woven polyester cloth to ensure no blistering and wrinkling, The coating can be integrated with the bottom coating through the gap of sewing polyester cloth. When the paint is completely dry, apply the third coat of paint.

Construction instructions:

1. Dosage: one layer of Shuyu SYR special waterproof coating for metal roof (35m2 / 25kg); The actual utilization rate of sewn polyester fabric is 90%; The actual consumption will change according to many factors such as construction conditions, methods and substrate conditions.

2. Construction tools: large brown brush, small brown brush (wool brush is not available) and scissors.

3. Clean the tools with clean water immediately after use.

4. The construction ambient temperature is above 5 ℃ and the humidity is below 85%.

matters needing attention:

1. The construction shall be carried out under the conditions of above 5 ℃ and below 35 ℃ and the humidity shall not be greater than 85%. When the temperature is below 5 ℃ and the humidity is greater than 85%, or there is rain within 24 hours, the construction shall be stopped.

2. Mix evenly before use, and use the capping product as soon as possible.

3. If you accidentally splash into your eyes during use, please wash with plenty of water immediately.

4. This product cannot be drunk.

Packaging, transportation and storage:

1. The packaging specification of this product is divided into 5kg, 10kg, 25kg, etc. see the barrel body for details.

2. The product shall be packed in sealed barrels, and the storage temperature shall not be lower than 0 ℃, and the storage period shall be more than 12 months.

3. The products are non corrosive, non flammable and explosive materials, which can be transported as general goods.
