The new type of heat insulation and waterproof coating is made of high quality polymerized emulsion and various special materials. The product can effectively improve the hemispherical emissivity and solar reflectance of the coating, quickly dissipate the heat accumulated on the surface, effectively reduce the rise of building surface temperature and keep the indoor temperature low. The coating has good waterproof and anti-seepage functions for objects painted with small cracks, and has multiple functions of sound insulation and beautification, non-toxic, harmless and radioactive, It is applicable to all kinds of building energy-saving projects.

Scope of application:

It can be used for building roof and exterior wall, steel structure workshop, oil tank, oil truck, liquid balloon filling, chemical storage tank, chemical pipeline equipment, wireless communication base station, grain and oil warehouse, vehicle compartment and other object surfaces that must be isolated from solar radiation heat.

matters needing attention:

The construction shall be carried out under the conditions of above 5 ℃ and below 35 ℃ and the humidity shall not be greater than 85%. When the temperature is below 5 ℃, the humidity is above 85%, or there is rain within 24 hours, the construction shall be stopped.

Stir the paint in the barrel evenly after opening the barrel;

The paint shall not be over diluted;

Pay attention to eye protection during construction. If it is accidentally splashed into eyes, wash it with plenty of water immediately;

The barrel cover shall be tightly closed after construction, and this product cannot be drunk.

Construction instructions:

Brush coating, roll coating, spraying and other construction methods can be used. Mix evenly before use; The grease, dust and other attached dirt on the surface of the coated object must be cleaned to ensure that the base surface is dry, flat and firm before construction; High humidity will lead to coating defects. The humidity shall be measured according to the standard before brushing, and the masonry shall be lower than 6%; The construction temperature is above 5 ℃. The actual brushing area will vary according to the construction method, surface smoothness and construction environment.

Packaging, transportation and storage:

The packaging specification of this product is divided into 1.5kg, 10kg, 20kg, 25kg, etc. see the barrel body for details.

The product is packed in sealed barrels, with storage temperature not lower than 0 ℃ and storage period of 12 months.

This product is non corrosive, non flammable and explosive, and can be transported as general goods.

This product should not be mixed with other brands of paint.
